The small size does not function properly

It does not function reliably regarding the retractability. Quite dangerous if you are out walking your dog. Seems very substandard quality and not right to sell something like this!

Worst Retractable leash ever

Bought this because the place I went stopped selling the Flexi brand, who puts a thin flat leash that just folds up on itself and gets caught in these leashes? This is the worst I have eve used.
