I think it's working. The powder mixes easily in water, juice, tea, even coffee. It doesn't have much of a flavor, so it doesn't change the flavor of what you mix it into. I think that it is helping me sleep better. I would reccomend it.

I like that this is an Albion mineral and that it is the biglycinate chelate form of magnesium. I also appreciate that the "other" ingredients is a short list, unlike some other products. It seems to be a quality product and the powder dissolves easily. For me, the taste is a bit sweet. I add a little of the tart cherry juice to cut the sweetness. The only problematic feature is that the container is rather cumbersome. I would prefer something a bit smaller which would also better accommodate the amount of powder. I have small hands and find this difficult to handle.
