Excellent choice
Thank you Swanson for offering this type of magnesium in powder form. My husband has a hard time swallowing large capsules and pills and needs small doses of Mag throughout the day.Furthermore, glycinate is one of the best forms of magnesium in terms of absorption and effectiveness. This has been a lifesaver for us.

I think it's working. The powder mixes easily in water, juice, tea, even coffee. It doesn't have much of a flavor, so it doesn't change the flavor of what you mix it into. I think that it is helping me sleep better. I would reccomend it.

Worthwhile Product
I like that this is an Albion mineral and that it is the biglycinate chelate form of magnesium. I also appreciate that the "other" ingredients is a short list, unlike some other products. It seems to be a quality product and the powder dissolves easily. For me, the taste is a bit sweet. I add a little of the tart cherry juice to cut the sweetness. The only problematic feature is that the container is rather cumbersome. I would prefer something a bit smaller which would also better accommodate the amount of powder. I have small hands and find this difficult to handle.
