Excellent pie pan!

I've been using Lodge cast iron for a number of years now, and have never been disappointed. I purchased this particular pan because I wanted to try making a pecan pie on a grill. The results were amazing! It's especially helpful that it has a handle on both sides, and I really like the wavy ridges along the edge. It gives the crust that really good looking texturing around it. Cleanup of these pans is a breeze! Afterwards, drying it and giving it a light coating of cooking oil keeps it ready to go for the next time. As far as durability goes, it's very high quality cast iron. I expect it will outlast me by generations. It can be used on the stovetop, in the oven, in a grill like I did, or even on a campfire. It's a very versatile piece of bakeware.
