Mainstays Round Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier with Aroma HU00-19054G,Grey,Coverage Area: 372 sq ft

I got this humidifier as my daughter has frequent nose bleeds from dry air. I saw this mainstays humidifier and I figured I'd give it a shot it's new update it has bells and whistles that your older humidifiers do not. I like the design is cylinder it doesn't take up too much space is extremely quiet while running my daughter since this is for her I like the fact that it has LED lights that change color from red to green to purple and white. The vapor is instant that comes out of the top of the machine once you cut it on the buttons or exactly buttons the touchscreen button so it's super sensitive you can scroll your finger up or down to change the level of mist it releases. the tank holds a good amount of water and from what I experience we leave this running all day and all night on average you would probably get two days before you had to refill the tank with water. So far using this I haven't noticed that machine needs to be cleaned his minimal parts which is great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for purchase.

This is my first ultrasonic humidifier. My last humidifier actually lasted about 20 years so this is quite an upgrade. This model has long list of features including a convenient top-fill design (for less spillage), cool-mist, easy-clean (although I still don't know if any parts are dish washer safe yet - still looking), a fancy 7 color night light (which sound s fun but maybe not so good for sleeping), a low-tank indicator (yeah!), auto-shutoff (love this feature!), an aromatherapy tray (oil not included - adds extra cleaning but nice all the same), and an ultracool sleek design which may be worth the price of admission alone. This is the prettiest humidifier design going. So this is ultrasonic which I guess means that it provides continuous humidification - whereas evaporative models level off/stop once a certain humidity level is reached; a nice improvement over the old technology. And it is super quiet. The 1-gallon tank is perfect for my medium size bedroom. It runs all evening and I feel extra safe with the auto shut-off feature. A timer would be a nice add-on but it certainly has enough features. This model only provides cool mist. I understand some humidifiers make warm mist as well. Although not required, using distilled water is recommended to make this unit last longer and prevent "white dust", whatever that is. So far, so good... I would recommend the Filter Free Cool Mist Humidifier by Mainstays based on my very limited usage.
