By-Pass Lube Spin-on Baldwin B164

Ordered a couple of Baldwin B-164 bypass oil filters for maintenance on two of my work trucks. Upon receiving them, I noticed one of the filters had a different thread size (supposed to be 5/8-18) This was much smaller (unknown thread size). Ive used Baldwin B-164 oil filters for just over 21 years with never an issue (Always 5/8-18 thread size). Now this?? Started a return for this filter. No fault of Walmart just to be clear. Baldwin's Quality Control (or the lack thereof) as come into question. Sent an email to Baldwin conveying my concerns. Rec'd refund from Walmart for return. Thank you Walmart. Researched and found local vendor for these filters. Now I can inspect them before paying for them.
