Non- Drying acetone.

I will never again use pure Acetone again! I was a devoted fan of Onyx , but when this came on sale for $1, I figured, “why not?” and so I ordered it. Equate's nourishing polish remover is top notch. It does not leave my finger tips and toes dehydrated like Onyx. I usually wear soft gels on my finger tips (i'm very hard on my hands and do daily chores, including dishes and my dog's dishes separately). This means I have to steam off my nail gels! I tried this and upon removing my finger tips, they were not dried out and like raisins!!! In fact, they were wll nourished! Ladies, some folks avoid gels due to the removal. This easily answers the removal process of it being dried out and the smell isn't so overpowering. I can't dock a star because it does take a few attempts for steamed acetone to remove my gels since I”ve a system for keeping them last for at least 1 month straight. 1. Russian Prep 2. Brazilian paint method 3. Double top coats.

I decided to try this nail polish remover because I was tired of spending so much money on it. I change my nail polish once a week, so I use a lot. The great value polish remover works great! It makes it easy to get my polish off, even dark colors like red. And it doesn't dry my nails out or leave them feeling brittle. I highly recommend this polish remover!

Works well for my needs, mostly soaking off home applied self adhesive silk wraps to split nails while they're growing out. I tape cotton ball soaked with remover to each fingernail. ~5min later, remove cotton ball… silk wrap, clear coat or color slide right off just as well as pricier brand name.
