No refund, no replacement, no responsibility. They will waste your time and disregard you. They are unprofessional and have zero customer service. Save yourself the frustration and choose a seller who actually stands behind the products they ship. Amazon is far superior. Prices are comparable. And even if you pay more for the same product, you are not disrespected.
