Improve packaging, please!

Love the product, BUT I received the order and just opened the box last night. Luckily it was packaged in two separate bubble envelopes for mailing, but sadly the battle cap was not on tight and it leaked all over causing the loss of about 1/3 of the lotion. Cap should be checked to make sure on tightly, and then tape over the pump dispenser to prevent any leakage. However, do love the lotion and appreciate your follow-up.
