My mom really likes these vitamins. They are easy to swallow and easy to digest. She takes them for her nervous system to help with her neuropathy in her hands and feet. The only downside is you need to take 3-4 capsules per day to get the full dosage. My mom says she only takes one per day and they are still helping her, so I guess that's not a downside.
