If you like Jerking your meat, this is a perfect blend of spices to get you started! I usually marinate bone in thighs for three days in the fridge, using a tablespoon of this seasoning per thigh, rubbing it in, then add some soy sauce and Worcester sauce, and maybe a little Dales if I'm in the mood. Put it it a ziplock, and turn the bag a couple times a day. Grill it up, put some Eatons jerk or browning sauce on it, grill some more and you're gonna love it!
