Easier not harder
Since my mom is getting older and her illnesses more severe I have had to make my life easier. You can pour one pouch fill with 4 cups I add 5 because is slightly salty. Also m mom likes her veggies so I can out 1/2 cup frozen veggies and voala. Her soup which she eats daily for lunch along with meat items allows me to leave her set until I get back from work daily.

This soup is simple yet addictive. My kids and I love it! We always keep it on hand for quick comfort food. It's great by itself or as a base to add other things to make it heartier. I usually scramble eggs or egg whites and stir them in during the last couple of cooking minutes (egg drop soup style) to add protein.
