I love these metatarsal pads. I've used them for about 2 yrs now. All mine are wore out now, so i ordered more, but something happened to my order. Walmart has made things right because of this. I will reorder some. I've tried other metatarsal items but so far these are my favorite. When they get a lil thin after some wear, as you dont want them to thin, i stack another pr on top of the old until the older wears out %26 then i peel away the older bottom layer. Hope thst makes sense. Each person needs a diff level of thickness for their specific needs concerning wearing metatarsal pads. These are easy to stick %26 unstick. Other all foam ones you can not add to or remove, they will tear, not these. In the pic below you see mine is wore out. I am needing to get a new pr of insoles, so i need new metatarsal pads, because a foot Dr i had visited that put those replacement insoles in my shoes stuck those those spongy things on my insole %26 when it stopped giving enough support, i added one of these on top, but now they will not seperate W/out tearing all to pieces. I'd rather stick W/these %26 not the spongy type that tear. These come in a pack of 12 for a little over $7, so if you need to double them for comfort its still a great bargain. You'll still get 3 uses out of the 12 when you double them %26 apply to both shoe insoles, which will last around a yr. in one pr of shoes. You may not need to double or you may not need to double right away until the 1st one you applied starts to wear down some. Thats when i find it the most comfortable level for me. 1 new one added to 1 that is hlf wore down. Those spongy ones also have too much give in them, so they dont give as much support as these clothe covered ones. For under $8 just try them.
