Stretching greatness
I first came across this at physical therapy for an inflamed archilles heel. It's one of those things I always enjoy the stretch and hope we do it each time. When I was ending my time there and my FSA monies was refreshed with the new year, I knew I needed to have it. It's awesome. Strap in your foot, lay back and pull as comfortable. I set it up for 30 - 60 sec, with 2 positions with each foot. It's awesome. I'd recommend it especially for anyone with archilles heel or plantar fasciitis
