Ideal to use under any lipstick

It’s my salvation so that the lipstick doesn’t move! What I like the most is that it is super creamy when applied, it does not pull the lip at all, but once it is fixed the duration is incredible. The coverage is total and feels very comfortable, it does not leave that dry feeling of other longwear eyeliners
