Absolutely love this watch! It monitors all my vital signs (except blood pressure) 24/7. I have it set for an alarm to go off if my o2 stats hit 90 or below while I am sleeping. It monitors stress and alert when your stress level increases. It monitors sleep stages: light, deep, rem. It does so many wonderful things. Battery life is great. Only need to charge like every 4-5 days. Charging takes very minimal time. The app for phone is easy to use and lets you pick a lot of different functions, watch faces. It has all the information the watch records and keeps it safe. It comes with some free Aura sleep music, etc. Cannot recommend this enough! The silicone band is soft; the entire thing is waterproof. I do suggest taking it off regularly to clean it as the sweat and body oils can build up over time and can cause skin irritation. You can also control your phone's music from it, it has a built-in compass function, and you also read your text messages from it. I am still learning a lot of things about how to use different functions but so far everything is great.
