Nice Hardback book

If you like Ann Rule, you'll like it. Arrived promptly, well-packaged. It's a book. What else is there to say?

ANN RULE~ IN THE STILL OF THE NIGHT

My Mother got me started reading Ann Rule books when I was a teenager in the 70's and I've been an avid Ann Rule reader ever since. I would eagerly await her new releases and rush out to the bookstore to purchase them the day they were released. I was familiar with the Ronda Reynolds case before I read this book. As much as I hate to admit it,this book was a little disappointing. It felt like she was repeating a lot of the information. What I've always liked about Ann Rule was the way she told the story about the victim. The way she wrote was suspenseful,I could hardly wait to get to the next page. Not so here. This seemed more like a story about the victim's Mother, who may be a "wonderful" person, but that's not why I bought her book. I think it would have been better suited in one of her short-story volumes.
