I like the taste better than stevia (or allulose)

I am trying to limit artificial sweeteners because of studies showing changes in gut microbiome and possible increased risk of dementia. I do not like the taste of stevia. I use just a few drops of this with cocoa and whey protein powder and I like it. I use a bit more with some tru-lime powder to make a limeade. I do still use erythritol sometimes, but I have seen that this brand has an erythritol monk fruit combination product so I am going to try that also

I can't praise this enough

This little bottle lasted me like 3 months or something. I don't know, but it was a *long* time. I use 4 drops per cup of tea. No need to use sugar. And no need to worry about added ingredients. All monkfruit works for me. It sweetens my tea just right.

monkfruit sweetner

I LOVE this sweetener AND…. It doesn't have anything bad in it. I use the liquid in my coffee and the sugar for baking. It is however sweet so I use less than what a recipe calls for. I use to get it from Thrive but it's more affordable from Walmart.
