The cheese was rich and creamy, and the cheese melted quite well when I used it to make some grilled cheese sandwiches. The cheese is soft, which makes it easy to handle and cut into pieces. I did try it cold, and I personally found the cheese to taste better once melted.

I really enjoyed this fontina chees...

I really enjoyed this fontina cheese. It is not a strong cheese, which was really nice. The texture is more of a soft creamy one. It went super well with crackers. There wasn't anything I would have changed expect maybe making the packaging resealable. As it would just be easier to store. But the cheese itself was amazing and I would try it again. 5/5 if you like a mild soft cheese check out this one!
