I received these in the mail. everything was there, nothing was missing. the handles look as they should. As for the additional parts.. Granted, they are meant to be scuffed up after being put up and opening and closing the door.. And even though these pictures show that these should not be like this, %26 were painted.. It looks as if they were painted and and the paint was falling off.. Although, as I peeled it, it is actually just a plastic cover to keep them from getting scratched in the packaging. So do not worry about how cheap they may look for these parts.. because in reality they were just being protected with a protective film that is easily removable! Overall we are very happy with them.. All the keys are as it states in details/ description of the product, as well as all keys will do all three door knobs. Overall, we are very happy with the package on how it came and that everything was there as described.. i ordered them in the morning and received the package as promised 2 days later!!

Defeated the purpose

Did not like that all knobs have the same key. That defeated the purpose of everyone being able to lock their rooms for privacy and no one being able to go into the room without a key.
