My order was shipped to the wrong address and I tried to order it again and it was still using the old address. I called the customer service and the representative was telling me how to order. I told her that it's not my first time ordering and I know how to do it and asked to speak to a supervisor and she was telling me that I'm interrupting her by letting her know that I have ordered before and I know how to order. She got me angry and didn't transfer to a supervisor like I asked her. I will not recommend to order from their site because it you come across any issue they won't help you.
