        I tried two other brands ...one was too small and the other worked for me for two months but it was too wide/big. Saliva dripped out of my mouth. Plus my front teeth bit down through it in two months. This brand was recommended to my wife by out dentist. It fits both of us, it's trim (but deep enough to get a good impression) and is very comfortable. Also the bottom (where the lower teeth grind up on) seems to have a extra layer protective layer (you don't feel it) - I notice my front teeth can't penetrate. The trick with getting the correct impression is to: remove it from the boiling water and just sweep it quickly (less than a second) under cold water - and then pop it into your mouth. Do not be afraid that it's too hot (it's not). It's important that it be soft enough to get a good deep impression of your teeth.
