Very Comfortable, time will tell if it hold up

I was very happy with my purchase. However after a couple of days working on the boat as a charter captain I noticed some tears in the rubber outter-soles. So far they have held up, but the quality wasn't perfect. I will followup with the company after continued use if the condition deteriorates.
