One word - Amazing!

Had this for about 3 weeks and find that we use it every day. Everything from perfect hard boiled egg that peel effortlessly to the best baby back ribs from frig to table in 35 minutes falling off the bone tender! We use the temperature probe to pressure cook chuck roasts using the Shred doneness setting comes out so tender that the bone just lifts out! We just set it up and push start and it does everything including releasing the steam and keeping it warm until ready to serve. It makes great bread and steamed vegetables. Pressure cooked beef, chicken or Turkey thighs makes fantastic stock for the freezer too. I pressure cook my baby backs for 25 minutes, apply smoky bbq sauce, salt and pepper and then air fry 400 for ten minutes, reapplying sause at 6 minutes then 4 minutes and ready to serve. Best ribs I've ever had, moist and meat falling off the bones. They come out perfect every time! Baked or streamed potatoes or rice. Saute function really works well to brown your meats before pressure cooking! My brother has an Instant Pot product and now wants this Ninja!

So Many Functions in One Appliance

I have so many recipes that start with Pressure Cooking and end with Air Frying or Broiling...now I don't have to swap lids, or even separately time the PC or AF cooking cycles. The other night I dumped 1.5 pounds of frozen wings in the Crisper Basket, selected Steam & Crisp, set it for 390 degrees and 15 minutes; when that was done, I tossed them in Hot Sauce. Easiest, best Wings I've ever done! Steam & Bake mode makes it easy to have a freshly baked Bagel every morning(see pic) Haven't used the Thermometer yet - can't wait to do that!

Love the All in One Smart Lid

I had the previous version of the 8qt Ninja Foodi and saw Louise Long from The Salted Pepper talk about the new version so I couldn't resist but to check it out in the Ninja Kitchen website. After my studying I thought it was time to upgrade. I love the new features. I'm still fumbling around but getting there. My old one went to a good home. I used to always cook the conventional way but lost interest. However, since I started using my Ninja Foodi and watching The Salted Pepper on You Tube I got that urge to cook again and sometimes I would stay up at night trying to determine what I should cook on the upcoming weekend. I highly recommend the Ninja Foodi new version, I bought the OL701.
