Calling to transfer is necessary and Tmobile did restrict the time in which I could transfer my number. This is probably a security measure, so no big deal. I just didn't know of the time restraint. Otherwise, I'm very happy to be back with ATT and have reliable service!!!

Unacceptable phone #

I had to get more than one SIM card because the first one they sent me had a phone number that ended with 666. That's like the 13th floor of a hotel....It just shouldnt be given out without asking someone first. I couldnt live with it so I had to pay for a second one (and wait the extra time it took to have it shipped. This was the most disappointing part of an otherwise good experience.
