Well balanced formula
The two most tested supplements are included in this formula. Hopefully I will be able to buy again, if it works for me. Clinical tests are reporting some statistically significant positive effect of both compounds used in this formula. Combine this with life style changes that promotes health ... including resistance and aerobic exercise in total of four times per week, reduce red meats in favor of white meats and plant based nutrition ... eat whole foods and so on.

High quality of supplement for prostate . My husband was taking a different brand , not much improvement, capsules also melted and stuck together easily. The mix ingredients are all essential for improving prostate , easy to swallow , no unusual taste
