Not bad

Quite good for an inexpensive smaller laptop. On the Walmart website it was advertised as a notebook but on the packaging it is stated to be a "Netbook" which I have read are not as reliable as real notebooks or laptops. I had bought two of these. The first one I tried to download drivers on for an older model printer (Canon Imageclass D530) and the Netbook would only give me a message that it is not compatible with the printer. I don't know why. I sent that one back. I decided to buy another Netbook and see if it works with that printer, and it did. It seems the first one I ordered may not have been working exactly right, but it should have been compatible. So I am basically happy with this second Netbook I ordered. It seems to be good for travel (which I will be doing soon) . It accesses the Internet (where there is sufficient Wifi) and I can download WPS so as to write letters, design resumes and CVs and keep a diary or write essays and work on writing a book. I can download educational videos or attach a Flash Drive with videos to watch when I am waiting in an airport or waiting room or in hotel room. I don't need to play computer games on it. The screen is small and certain people may find that inconvenient but it means the Netbook is portable and compact. It essentially has functions of a basic laptop. I don't know much about functions I do not use. The keyboard is small too, and you may hit keys you don't intend to hit and also the touch pad is oversensitive and you may accidentally make the cursor go where you don't want it to go and you may accidentally highlight and delete text you don't intend to delete so this is a danger but you must know how to "Undo" when this happens. Oversensitive touch pads are common in smaller laptops, not just this one. That has been my experience. This Netbook may be considered a child's computer and it does have he appearance of one (unfortunately) but it is still useable for adults I would say. Computer experts may not recommend these kinds of small tablet/computer/Netbooks at all but I like this one very much and still I would emphasize I have yet to use it on a much longer basis. I would update on my findings if I am able to.
