I just rolled this seed blanket out over dirt in my garden. I removed a bunch of grass and thought I would try this to see if it worked. Initial impression: very easy application. It must touch soil to work and as soon as it gets wet it starts to disintegrate. I will update this review as time goes on to review germination rate and successful growth of any plants.

Fast Growing it Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very easy to use. You do have to keep it watered. I watered 3 times a day. I initially cleared the ground then mixed in some top/potting soil the sandy Florida soil. I rolled out the product and trimmed what I didn't need or added onto it for larger areas. I laid the first area on Thursday 4/30 in the late afternoon. By Tuesday 5/5 I could see green. Amazing!

Works Well

GrowTrax works much better than putting straw down after seeding. The paper keeps moisture over the seeds and eventually completely dissolves leaving no messy straw to clean up. I put extra seed down before I roll out the GrowTrax to give a little heavier amount of grass when it germinates. It's worked very well for me.
