Really Good Gluten-Free Bread

Canyon Bakehouse bread products are a great gluten-free choice. They do not crumble or have holes in them. And they are moist enough to eat without toasting -- which is what most gluten-free bread needs. I am pleased with their entire line of products.

I have Celiac disease.

It's hard having celiac disease, you have to check every ingredient in anything you eat and eating out is a nightmare. I love bread and I guess I've tried most every gluten free bread or roll out there. Many are gross or not gluten free despite the obvious GF symbol on their product. This bread is delicious and has many different flavors and textures, but it's small, very small loaves, it's about 1/3 smaller the average size of a regular loaf of wheat bread. Thats my only gripe, it wish it had larger pieces of bread. I am extremely grateful to have this bread though.

I usually make my own gluten free bread, but until recently when I didn't have the time to make it, I would purchase Canyon Bakehouse gluten free Hawaiian loaf which is excellent. I'm not sure why I deviated from my usual, but I'm glad I did! Canyon Bakehouse Ancient Grain Gluten Free Bread, 100% Whole Grain Sandwich bread is now my favorite! Avocado toast, anyone? Soooo yummy!!
