Great Gluten Free Bun-See Microwave Notes

These are the best gluten-free hamburger buns I have tried. I highly recommend wrapping any gluten-free bread in a wet paper towel and warming it in the microwave for about 35 seconds to get the best texture. I also freeze any leftover bread and individually defrost it in the microwave wrapped in a wet paper towel for best results.
