How to Use the Cable Clip

How to Fill Sand
1. Fix the base and the column with screws to lock.
2. After fixing the base, use dry sand (sand with water placed for a long time will corrode the pillar) from the top of the pillar to fill 70% or 80%.
3. After filling with sand, fix the tray with the column with screws.
