What an awesome smoker

Been wanting to get into smoking for a while. Kept doing research on a great smoker to learn on but one that can also pump out some competition style bbq, let me tell you this is the one. Have only used it 3 times so far but absolutly in love with it. Done pork belly, ribs, and a beef shank. All turned out so good. Cannot recommend this smoker enough coming from a beginner like myself.

If you want to learn the art of smoking over coals, then look no farther than the WSM. It's not quite as set it and forget it as my Searwood, but once you have it dialed in this thing is a BEAST when it comes to smoking. All my cooks have had awesome flavor and it is extremely easy to manage the temperature with.

In hindsight I should've bought the bigger one because of increased demand since the food turns out so good. Turkey, chicken and ribs have been elevated; going to do brisket once the Canadian winter subsides. Highly recommended for novice users who want to get into the smoking game.
