Decent couch
I bought this because it fit my space size wise..however putting it together was not easy as the legs would not fit and need to be cut to fit. I feel that if the legs were cut the right length I would give it a higher rating. Other than that it was easy to put together. It took two of us 30 minutes after we cut the legs to fit the holes correctly. It is comfortable for what it is. The cushions are more stiff than fluffy which I don't mind. It also looks good in the room. I do like the grey color.

I regret buying this product
I ordered two of these sofas for our new house. They looked attractive on the picture and I thought the name Serta stands for quality. However, I was completely wrong. Putting them together was an absolute pain. The bottom of the loveseat is covered by black fabric through which screws are to be attached (it is difficult to insert screws and fasten them if you don't see the hole!!). In addition, the whole sofa turned out very rickety and looks cheap. Poor design. Furthermore, the packaging of the sofas was lacking. One of the boxes was torn and, as a result, a seam on the sofa was torn too. We just moved and opened the boxes after 30 days, hence, no return or refund possible. Make sure you open the box immediately upon delivery and inspect the item.
