Retractable screen

I love our Larson retractable screen storm door. It is sturdy and holds up well. The problem we are experiencing is that the screen has very small "slits" at tthe bottom of the screen and is now exposed to the elements. We are concerned that insects could enter. We placed a few pieces of sctotch tape over the slits but as you may suspects doesn't look very good (Ugh!) and takes away from the beauty of the product. We like it and do not want to replace the entire door. Can we purchase a replacement piece or have it repaired. We have another Larson door for our front door and are very happy and loyal customer. Any suggestions or options. Thanks

Great Product worthy of repeat business

Since 2017, we have been pleased with the quality and durability of our first Larson storm door with a retractable screen on our front porch. Larson was our first and only choice when it came time to replace another storm door this year. Excellent quality, craftsmanship with beautiful finishes and hardware to choose from. Highly recommend Larson!

Warranty does not cover parts

In many ways Larson makes a great product with helpful features like a pull down screen. The plastic part that holds that in place is not that sturdy and fails to work over time. Surprise, your warranty does not cover parts. What else is there to the door besides parts?
