Good for energy
I have been using Swanson's Super Stress B for years. I looked at many other brands before I settled on this one. Swanson is the only one that had highest amount of each B vitamin. It is a yellow, medium sized pill and it does have a smell but once swallowed, the smell goes away (it doesn't smell in your burp).
