Arrived dead and not working after paying a professional to install it. Took over a week to get support. At one point was desperate and hired a second professional to try and help. Then was asked to return it. Cancelled the exchange but they didn't and sent me a second pump. Had to spend more time to return the second pump. Small / local business may cost more but there is a reason for it.

Self-installed without major difficulty--replaced single speed constant-on hot tub 1/2 hp Pentair pump with the Max-Flo VS and all is well--at about half power it is giving good circulation and is turning on the heating element. Left the second Pentair pump in place as it runs only the ''bubbles''.
