Pancakes & Waffles: Things you'll need. Pancakes (full box makes up to twenty 4 inch pancakes): Amount 4, 1/2 cup of mix, 1 egg, 1 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy), 2 tsp oil (grapeseed, coconut or vegetable); amount 8, 1 cup of mix, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy), 1 tbsp oil (grapeseed, coconut or vegetable); amount 12, 1-1/2 cups of mix, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy), 2 tbsp oil (grapeseed, coconut or vegetable). Waffles (full box makes up to 5 waffles): amount 1, 1/2 cup of mix, 1 egg, 3 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy), 2 tsp oil (grapeseed, coconut or vegetable); amount 2, 1 cup of mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy), 1 tbsp oil (grapeseed, coconut or vegetable); amount 3, 1-1/2 cups of mix, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy), 2 tbsp oil (grapeseed, coconut or vegetable). Instructions: Pancakes: Wisk eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and combine until a batter is formed. Spoon 2 tbsp of batter onto a preheated (to medium heat) pan per pancake. Cook pancakes for about 2 minutes (or until edges are dry) and flip. Lightly brown each side and serve! Waffles: Wisk eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and combine until a better is formed. Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron. Cook on high according to waffle iron instructions and serve! Mix it up! Toss a few chopped pecans right into the batter. Stir in a bunch of fresh berries. Add in some lemon zest and a spoonful of poppy seeds.

Oh yes! These are good I even swapped the regular milk for the almond milk and used avocado oil as well and added a few drops of vanilla extract and these were very good. Not as fluffy as regular pancakes but based on health wise and taste it definitely giving pancakes. I give it a 10. I froze leftovers and when reheated were also great!!!
