Best Sweet Chili Sauce!

Mae Ploy is the best sweet chili sauce, imo. It's not hot. It has a great, authentic taste on its own for dipping, but I use it the most to make Bang Bang Sauce. It's wonderful. I like that there's no heat because then I have a good, clean base to add my own heat (sriracha) to the degree I like best. I keep buying this brand because all the others are just ok. Mae Ploy has a fan for life in me :)

it's a bit thinner than others and doesn't stick to the items as well as some other thicker varieties, however I do like the flavor and that it doesn't have as much heat as some others. Best I can add is you have to try a few to find the one that fits your likes. I've even mixed some of this sauce with one that has more heat and it was quite delicious.

Sweet, not heat

Great for using as a dip for potstickers and spring rolls. A bit sweet, not a lot of heat, but perfect for what it is. I like a bit of kikoman ponzu, braggs coconut aminos, a nice toasted sesame oil, they all are a must for complimenting Asian inspired meal flavor profiles. Mix and match how you like. Mae Ploy is great to have on hand, it would be awesome on a teriyaki pineapple anything too.
