Helped a bit

I think this helped my seasonal allergies but didn't eradicate them (unfortunately). I think it also benefited when I took it with quercetin and bromelain. My midwife told me that you want freeze dried nettle for allergies so... this fits that bill and there aren't any other ingredients in it.

Freeze dried nettle leaves are not easy to come by!

Since we've begun to use Nettle on a regular basis, we've learned that the leaf is the best source and freeze drying the best method. I wish they were cheaper and had bigger bottles, but.... My new source is Eclectic.
