Did not get what I ordered

I ordered 1/4” crown staples, but what was sent to me was 3/16” crown staples, clearly marked on the box. I emailed back, the company said they wanted to correct their mistake and wanted some more info from me. I've emailed them several times and have yet to hear back. Over a week later and still no more replies and I have not received the staples I ordered.
