Excellent rug pad
This is an excellent quality pad. It fit perfectly under a 9x12 rug (actually about 9x11.5); just requiring a minute to trim 3 inches off the length. I'm using it under an outdoor rug in a finished, air conditioned garage used as a hobby room. I reccomend it.
