Easy to take
I have this concoction (or a similar one) in powder form for brushing teeth, but it is so nice to take a capsule. I have had three dental surgeries this summer and my teeth are healing well. My mom has had loads of trouble with her teeth and swears by a regimen that includes this supplement as a reason for recent improvement

I like this FloraSil, no taste, mixes well and the results show within the week. My nails are so much stronger and my skin is firmer. I open the capsules and pop the contents into my smoothie, the goodness has a higher rate of absorption that way. Please give me a like if this information is useful for you.

this product is such good quality just like everything else I buy from the flora brand. I also get the plant based iron that they sell. silica is supposed to be a great mineral for you that we don't get enough of naturally, kind of like lithium.
