I Found the Help I Needed!
I've been very pleased with this product. When I got a certain age, my health started to hit a brick wall. I was already taking a lot of supplements, so I was very perplexed about the situation. After some research, I discovered that this soy product could help my health and it truly has! I've been taking this product for at least 8 years.

Excellent Supplement!
Isoflavones are well known phytoestrogens - active substances derived from plants that have a weak estrogen-like action. Isoflavones from soy have been reported to provide a number of health benefits, including the promotion of heart health and the maintenance of bone health in post-menopausal women. Swanson Soy Isoflavones have helped to diminish my hot flashes and I'm sleeping better. I've also lost a few pounds. I also take Black Cohosh and Wild Yam cream. I hope this review is helpful.
