Cranberries, Dried

I purchased the and received them and opened the bag and to my surprise they smelt rancid, the taste was terrible and the berry itself was very gritty and hard. I've purchased 100s of pounds of dried cranberries from other sources and they were all excellent. I contacted the company and received no response. I've been trying to send them back as soon as I opened the package and realized they were bad.
