I am a big fun of small knives because I honestly feel like there are safer and easier to control , it's just my preference, especially for detailed cutting and quick meal prep . This knife feels comfortable to hold , very sharp , and cuts smoothly through fruits , vegetables, and small ingredients. It is also easy to clean and feels well made . I have been reaching for it a lot lately when preparing lunch or snacks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The right tool can take cooking from a have-to to a want-to! This beautiful chef night from BergHOFF does just that. Not only does it have a super sleek look, but its ergonomic one piece design makes it comfortable handle makes using it feel comfortable. It also comes ready out the box. No need to sharpen it. It sliced potatoes as smoothly as it cut the pork loin. I have a feeling this will be the first knife I grab from the drawer whenever it comes time to make my family a proper meal!
