My wife cuts our boys hair. Two of them don't like normal clippers for being too loud. They sat still much longer with this set of clippers. A huge win in saving dear-o-dad big bucks so we can buy mom marvelous gifts instead. These are much quieter than the black magic clippers we purchased and while they are intended for use as trimming (perhaps sideburns) and line ups our boys heads are small enough we can do all of their hair. The attachments allow us to accomplish all this for their small heads. We follow up with the black magic ones to fade it appropriately. So I highly recommended these if you have small terrors at home who shriek with loud noises but want to cut their hair.
