Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene is a thermoplastic engineering plastic that has good overall characteristics. HDPE plastic sheet has excellent toughness, tensile strength, corrosion resistance, low-temperature resistance, and wear resistance. These boards can be utilized in the office, at home, in an industrial setting, Indoor and outdoor. It is suitable for liner, bushing, bearing, hydraulic seal, medium load in water, pneumatic, and non-lubricated applications.

At high temperatures, the thermoplastic sheet softens rather than melts or deforms, resulting in smooth cutting and uniform thickness. The cut sheet edges are round and smooth, with no slag left over after heating. The plastic material used to make HDPE panels is a popular choice among customers due to its lightweight, low friction, and ability to insulate heat. This HDPE cutting board absorbs shock, keeping pressure and impact from cracking or harming it.
How to use it?
You can use a bandsaw/table saw or other cutting tools to cut it into the sheet size you need to meet your project. It will allow you to easily apply downward pressure making the ABS sheet flat while cutting.
