TH6320WF2003/U Lyric Thermostat, 3 Heat / 2 Cool Heat Pump Or 2 Heat / 2 Cool Conventional, 4.09" x 4.09" x 1.06"

I spent a significant amount of money to hire a professional to install this thermostat, ensuring it would be covered under warranty. The installation of the actual thermostat was easy enough for the HVAC professional, but getting the thermostat to connect to the wifi was another story. Upon installing the Resideo App, numerous issues were encountered. After having to call customer service 2x and being put on a lengthy hold each time, it turns out the firmware of the thermostat is very outdated, and it will take 9-10 days for it to be updated. So after writing a bit check to the HVAC tech, i basically have a thermostat that I have to operate manually, just like the old one he replaced. Save your money and purchase a different model!!
