if you DONT want a chromebook then DO NOT order this. Wanted something for my daughter to use learning apps on during the coronavirus school closures and missed the link saying its a chromebook so pretty useless for the sites i had planned ( could only use 1 of 3). Computer came in very fast and seems to be in GREAT shape but really wish i could use it for what i wanted. Hopefully we will get some use out of it eventually.

If i could give this item 0 stars i would. I received 2 refurbished chrome books with big voided stickers on the underside of each one. Im appalled at the condition of both of them!! Nowhere in the description does it say that these devices were refurbished. They are all scratched up and the cables are so dirty!! I found eyelashes, crumbs and dust everywhere!!! Nevermind that were in the middle of a virus pandemic!! I know they definitely did not sanitize these things as refurbished items. Im so grossed out!! I just unboxed them today and I am returning them first thing tomorrow morning.
