Beast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop works splendidly. The screen is by far one of the best I have seen on a laptop. The 32GB ram with 3070Ti works really work for heavy duty software like Unreal Engine. The only complaint I had was with the delivery, the box came damaged with a small hole in it.

It has a 3070Ti Graphics Card

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had about a month to play around with this gaming laptop and it does impress. I won't go over specs as that can be looked up on the Lenovo website, so I will focus on what I think people may want to know about this laptop: 1) Mine comes with 2 NVME PCIE 1 TB SSD's. They are not in Raid 0 so each is mutually exclusive from the other. Most manufacturers will automatically make this a Raid 0, but thankfully Lenovo chose to let the consumer make that choice. 2) This machine plays any game at maximum levels with no slowdowns or picture blurs due ti refresh rate. You will be very happy as a gamer using this machine. 3) It can get very warm when playing a graphics-heavy game for a period of time. If you had this on your lap, it would be uncomfortable, but then again, what gamer actually places their laptop on their lap to play? The temperature never ever got high enough to the point where the CPU was throttled so yes, this is a gaming machine. It is important that you always use a cooling fan (one that has 3 to 5 fans) with a gaming laptop to help with heat dissipation. Also, when the fan does kick on to high to keep the computer cool, it is audible yes but not bothersome. You can also crank the volume up to and you won't hear it. 4) I don't like that some USB A and C ports are located on the back of the machine. It's okay to have the power, ethernet adapter and HDMI at the back, but USB ports should always be on the side. This way, when you plug something in, you don't have to close the lid to do so and then re-open it. This design will tempt you to get a USB hub which I did from Lenovo. 5) The display is awesome! I am not going into all those technical specs like some professional reviews do. From a gamer's standpoint, the screen will not disappoint. 6) This is the first 16" laptop that I have bought. My previous laptops were 17-17.3". Does that 1-1.3 inch make a difference? Yes, at first, but once you start using it (and your brain adjusts from the 17" to the 16"), you will get used to it. Now, would I buy another 16" laptop? No. I miss that extra 1 inch from the sides. 7) I am not to thrilled about the keyboard. The keys are too small for me. BUT, as a gamer, you never use the actual laptop keyboard anyways. You always buy a USB mechanical keyboard and a mouse. 8) Battery life? Don't even worry about it. Its a gaming laptop so you should always keep it plugged in. Also, VERY IMPORTANT: there is a battery setting in the MyLenovo application that lets you set the maximum capacity of the battery to 80%. This means that at 80%, the battery will stop charging and will only charge up to 80%. This will prolong the life of your battery. 9) I don't know why laptop manufacturers make it so difficult to access the back of the laptop so you can change the RAM or SSD or reapply thermal paste. This laptop is no exception to that rule, however, I won't have to do any of that since I have 2 TB of SSD and 32 Gigs of RAM.

Perfect for travel gaming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly what I needed. It's a bit heavy but otherwise perfect for gaming on to the go. I travel for work and lugging around a bulky console is too much of a pain, plus this is way better than any console on the market. It's surprisingly quiet, the cooling is great (especially with the aide of a cooling pad) and it runs games buttery smooth.
