The reformer arrived in a damaged box, but all pieces and parts were there undamaged. The set was a fairly easy and looked just like pictures. It has been a great investment and a great starter for Reformer Pilates. The only thing it did not have was a foot strap, but that was a small set back. Very happy!

Overall I think this reformer does really well, I've done a few workouts and I am able to do everything I did at a private studio. I am experiencing a bump in a particular area that I am trying to figure out if it is the ropes or the rails, feels like it is a spot on the rail that needs some oil, perhaps. I've reached out in email to the company as I was sent the wrong sized trampoline, it looks like it is for a small/narrow model. The reformer is heavy, I needed my husband to help get it out of the box and manuver into place. For reference I am 5'1" and 130lbs. and the unit works well for me.
